RECONGIFURED in 2011: with the addition of a beautiful Egyptian Honeysuckle Incense and a breath of Vanilla Musk.
It is said she was the most beautiful female in Egypt. Said that her power was just as strong as she was beautiful. Described in most ornate limestone stela’s Nefertiti was always a woman of love. In the stela’s one has interpreted on numerous occasions that Nefertiti loved her family and her Pharaoh very much. “The beautiful one has come” is only a small fraction of her being. In art found of Amarna, the city in which Pharaoh Akhenaten built, she was often depicted as equal in status to the Pharaoh. Something that was not done before. It is thought after Pharaoh Akhenaten’s death that she became Pharaoh donning his Kingdom as her own disguised as a man, Smenkhare. Or perhaps she didn’t disguise herself at all and her people respected her as a Pharaoh under another name. Even after her death she was worshipped for another 500 years. She was loved by her people for being and becoming more than just a beautiful Queen.
Orange blossom blooming with the essence of Egyptian musk subtle still the White amber of the day and the soft dark amber of night mingling together baring witness to those outside of the city this delicate scent is dangerously intoxicating.
