Wine of Cleopatra LE
NA Perfume Description
She stands on her balcony looking out toward the Sea of Alexandria, waiting for the word to come of his arrival. Turning on the marble floor of her Palace she takes the goblet of wine from the table lit with honey candles.
Cleopatra takes her wine to her bed and gently pulls back the silken drapes and sips of her wine. Gently pressed Muscadine grapes siphoned through myrrh and dragon blood resin. The scent mingles with her Nokturne:Sapphire perfume on her wrists. Everything that had come before came again all at once with the memory of these scents.
His lips upon her hand and then her wrists. The look he gave her as he inhaled her skin and longingly looked into her eyes. How much she wanted him, how much he needed her. They were sanctity for each other and hope for Rome and Egypt and the last of their kind.
She sipped again, alone on her bed and waited for news of his arrival.
