NA Perfume Description
Nocturne Alchemy's Signature scent Eternal Egypt carefully chosen two+ years ago to age for this special NAlentine release! For the Love of Egypt, for the Love of perfume and for the Love of you. A favourite scent by you and by the NAlchemists of NA, we present a beautiful evolution in scent and ancient methods binding process and principle, research and devotion. If you have ever felt something from NA, Eternal Egypt was the first to have the essence of happiness and Love be a part of the alchemy of it's creation.
We have been working with a local wine vineyard for a few years on the process and principles of creating a vintage wine. During the process we have become educated on the ability to achieve something similar in perfume form and thus have created a few batches of a few very special perfumes just for special occasions! Fall weather...is a special occasion to us!
For this blend we found it time to take the harvest blend of Eternal Egypt and split the blend 85/15. One split went to the House perfume, while the other has been sent to three different barrels for aging, just as a fine wine would have been aged.
In this blend of Vintage 2008 we have aged the scent for two years and 4 months in a cedar cask. In our research we found that the Ancients kept their red wines in cedar cask barrel or in beautiful hand created pottery.
Egyptian White Amber, Egyptian Red Musk, Egyptian Amber and Egyptian Sandalwood aged for two years in a raw cedar barrel, accented with teak and oak for a distinct blend of Vintage Eternal Egypt. Indian and Arabian Sandalwood accent the harmony of the already inspiring scent enhanced gracefully by Amber crystals, resin and Rosewood Pure.
This perfume is limited in quantity due to the yield of a small single perfume cask (creation of NA).
