Meditation with the Gods: Horus

Light of Horus: As the wings of Horus settle back by his side from flight he walks within the Temple toward the place where a soft ember glows. The giant bird stands before the smoke and doesn't ask of the smoke instead he closes his eyes and inhales through his golden beak the beauty of the power of insight. After some time in the silence of his being he bows his head to the smoke and acknowledges what he must do. His truth has spoken to him. His questions have been answered. He turns from the whirling matter of vesper and takes flight into the world, this time with the power of being and the intellect of confidence.
